Storage Nutz in Hammond, LA is located on 505 Westin Oaks Dr - just off Hwy 190 near I-55. We are next door to Hampton Inn & Suites and two doors down from Cracker Barrel. We are a brand new facility with all interior climate controlled self storage units on one ground floor for easy access.

Yes, our Hammond self storage facility has 32 cameras inside and outside of the property with 24/7 surveillance and people detection for safety and security. Our team monitors the property daily.


How do I access the building and my unit after renting?

Our Storage Nutz facility in Hammond, LA features state-of-the-art electronic locks for an additional level of safety and security for our clients. Upon renting, every tenant will receive a link from Noke to download the app on your phone along with your unique code. You'll open up the app, stand next to any entrance door, and enter your code. The exterior door will automatically unlock and give you immediate access. Standing in front of your unit inside the building, you'll enter your code again into the Noke app on your phone. The light at your unit will turn green and unlock. You'll slide the bolt and lift the unit door to enter. When leaving your unit, you'll pull down the door and slide the bolt to unlock it. The light on your unit will turn red letting you know it's locked.

There are no keys or physical locks to remember or keep up with. If you want to give unit access to a spouse, family member or employee, you can share electronic key access through Noke and revoke access too.

All of our storage units are inside the building and climate controlled on one level. We have 4 entrance doors for easy access. We have handicap-accessible units closer to our front entrance double doors with door pulls on those units. We have handicap-accessible parking too for clients.

Our self storage units can be rented anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week right here on our website. Simply choose your unit size and follow the prompts to pay and rent. Renters will receive immediate access during general operating hours Monday - Saturday from 6 am - 10 pm and Sundays from 9 am - 5 pm. There are select units at our Best pricing in each size that have immediate 24/7 access available.
